Pictured is Mike Lawson, a 4th generation rancher and spearhead of Trophy Class Outfitters, sitting alongside his mother Anna Lawon, affectionately known as “Ma” to the hundreds of patrons who have hunted with Trophy Class Outfitters. Anna’s parents homesteaded the property in Glade Park, CO in 1907 (unit 40,) where the original cabin was built by her father, John George Roehm. At Trophy Class Outfitters we have access to one of the largest pieces of private land in unit 40, as well as more experience outfitting and hunting than others in the area, Trophy Class Outfitters is the longest continually operating outfitting businesses in Unit 40, originating in 1988. The hunting operation spans 13,000 acres including the original homestead and the neighboring ranch.
Miranda Lawson is in charge of feeding the hunters home cooked meals twice a day, 7 days a week from August to November.
